Digital Marketing Support Frequently Asked Questions
While not a full list, here are some of our most asked questions.
As we continue to get common questions asked, we will expand this list as needed.
Our answer here is simple. We do not have a single designer on staff. Besides, we do not enjoy design, we enjoy technical. That is why we are here to provide these services for you and your clients.
If your client reaches out to use directly asking about other designers we are going to reach out to you and make you aware of this so you can remediate the issue and hopefully resolve any issue or issues that are making them feel that way.
So this is an option you select when we discuss the services you need. We find a lot of designers want to focus on new projects, redesigns, new pages, etc. And often push minor changes to the back of their priority list. This causes a client to feel neglected post build. We hear this all the time from people. They built my site and then disappeared when we needed small changes done.
So, to solve this problem we are here to offer making those small changes for you, so you don’t have to, and your client feels loved.
What counts as a small change? (Not a comprehensive list, but examples):
- Replacing a photo.
- Updating verbiage provided by you or the client.
- Changing an address or phone number.
- Changing an external link such as a new Facebook page.
What happens when a bigger change is asked for? We simply send it back to you and your team and say:
“Hey, your client needs some re-design.” -OR- “Hey, this is out of the scope of a small change.”
Absolutely, if we have a client who we work directly with and they do not have a digital marketing person / agency, web designer, etc. we provide them with a list. This list is compiled of our partners and we allow them to choose the one that best fits their needs, style, etc.
While we understand each client and agency has their preferences, we do push for sites to be hosted in our accounts.
WHY?
- We can control the variables & mediate risk.
- We know we have full access to everything we need.
- We put certain controls in place related to security.
- We are able to provide enterprise level services at a reasonable price.
While we will utilize a client’s or agency’s hosting account via delegated access, we cannot guarantee the same level of service and responsiveness that we can with our own hosting accounts. There may also be an increase in cost if the right items are not in place in said accounts.

Yes!
We provide you a login that is delegated to your instances, accounts, domains, etc.
When meeting we discuss the level of access you want, as some want full access while others want limited access. We work to accommodate those requests.
We do not believe in playing games or holding anything hostage.
We will work with you to make sure everything is transitioned smoothly.
Our only ask is that your account shows a zero balance with us.
