Our leadership team brings decades of experience from both the corporate and nonprofit sectors, having served some of the nation's largest privately held companies and most impactful nonprofit networks. This unique perspective allows us to understand diverse organizational needs—from Fortune 500 operational complexity to nonprofit mission-focus to family office discretion.
"We don't just implement technology. We translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear business value, empowering our clients to make confident decisions."
As technology continues its rapid evolution, we remain committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry innovation. What sets us apart isn't just our technical expertise—it's our ability to speak both languages: the technical depth that earns respect from IT teams and the business clarity that resonates with executives.

Brandon Lind
Brandon is a results-driven technology executive with a passion for innovation and transformative change. As CEO and Founder of Cavalier Technology Group, he brings a unique philosophy: technology should drive business success, not complexity. His approach centers on proactive, client-centered service—solving IT problems before clients even know they exist and crafting strategies that align technology investments with business objectives.
With a diverse background spanning corporate Fortune 500 environments, large-scale nonprofit operations, and entrepreneurial ventures, Brandon brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic vision. He began his technology career supporting national enterprises including Maersk and Ferguson, then served as Senior IT Director for a prominent nonprofit operating across 36 states with over 200 remote locations, where he built and led technology teams while overseeing an annual budget of $4.75M and managing 18-22 full-time staff.
Throughout his career, Brandon has led transformative initiatives in cloud computing, enterprise software implementation, mobile device management, and digital strategy—giving him the insight to advise C-suite leaders and deliver solutions that create measurable impact. As a thought leader in the managed services industry, he shares insights as a speaker at conferences like MSP Expo and through advisory roles, helping organizations embrace innovation while managing risk. His leadership style centers on confident humility: empowering teams, listening intently to clients, and maintaining relentless focus on emerging technology trends.
Brandon believes in balancing professional excellence with personal passion. When not guiding clients through digital transformation, you might find him working on performance vehicles or enjoying time on the water with family—pursuits that keep him grounded, energized, and creative. He brings this same energy and dedication to every client relationship, building genuine partnerships founded on trust and mutual success.
